Tenants Convert Three-Bedroom Into 10-Bedroom Apartment, Landlord Trying to Evict [VIDEO]

This is a great idea if you own a rental property, but totally illegal if you don't. A couple of guys in New York rented a three-bedroom apartment, then renovated it into a 10-bedroom apartment, and rented the rooms out themselves.
