A stabbing outside a residence hall led to hours of lockdown at Oakland University, leaving students sheltering in place overnight.

There were a lot to pick from, and even some major colleges that didn't have a mascot to choose!

Many of Michigan's colleges and universities paused in-person learning for the first week or two due to the rise in COVID-19 cases, but Oakland University is extending that time.
