Saginaw Woman Shot Today While Putting Kids In Car

An unidentified Saginaw woman was shot early this morning while putting her children in a car in the 1100 block of Scofield.

According to reports, the woman's car was hit 12 times by bullets, she was struck in the upper arm and or shoulder. I may be on a limb here - but this seems intentional to me. Firing 12 times? WTF? Luckily the children were not injured.
