Remember how we told you about the two women who died at Michigan's only women's prison back in May? Unfortunately, there's been another death at the same facility.

Something strange is going on, and people want answers.

According to Fox 2 Detroit, 36-year-old Ashley Hoath died on June 6 after being transported from the Women's Huron Valley Correctional Facility near Ypsilanti to Trinity Health Hospital.

Apparently, Hoath started feeling ill and was taken to the prison's medical unit. Staff later decided she should be taken to the hospital by ambulance.

Officials say she was responsive when she left the prison, but several hours later, they were notified that she had died.

No cause of death has been released. The same is true for the other two women who died at the facility last month.

Three Inmate Deaths Reported at Michigan Women's Prison

Hoath's death comes just weeks after two other inmates died at the same facility.

Khaira Howard, 28, died on May 14, while Rebecca Fackler, 57, died on May 17.

The causes of both deaths are still under investigation.

What We Know About the Deaths at Michigan's Only Women's Prison

One rumor that keeps popping up online is that black mold may have been a factor. At this point, though, investigators haven't released causes of death for any of the three women, so there's nothing publicly available that supports that claim.

State officials say all three deaths remain under investigation. For now, there are still more questions than answers coming out of Michigan's only women's prison.
