Get your freezer stocked with Creamsicle ice cream because it’s a hot, humid summer day in Michigan and we’re celebrating a national holiday where you have an excuse to eat Creamcicles all day long. It reminds me of a frozen cream soda and hearing The Good Humor Man in town. Whatever its origins the Creamsicle became popular enough to become a household word along with its cousin, the Fudgesicle.
