Flint Residents Concerned Over Loud ‘Boom’, Police Were Arresting Parolee In Same Neighborhood [VIDEO]

Residents on Barney Avenue near Brown Street in Flint yesterday, heard what is being described as a loud 'boom'. The noise was so loud it brought people out of their homes in fear.

Police were actually in the area and heard the 'boom' - however authorities were on the scene for an unrelated incident. They were arresting a parolee in the neighborhood. As for the 'boom' - no one knows as of now WTF it was.
