‘Dog Mop’ Is The Best Pet Costume Ever [VIDEO]

I cannot get over how creative this dog costume is. Kiki the dog mop is breaking the internet. If there is such a thing as the bell of the pet costume ball - Kiki is it. This  Hungarian Puli was the star at this years Paw-Rade in Kentucky.
